Our goal is to provide you with a pleasant experience with our products and services. If for any reason an item needs to be replaced, we offer a 10-day exchange or store credit policy.

To initiate a return, contact us at ltbutlerco@gmail.com with proof of purchase, an online store receipt, and an image of the condition of your product. Remember, items must be in the same condition you received them to be eligible for a return. No return will be accepted without initial approval. Customers are responsible for ALL return shipping expenses.
